About the Founders

Marcel Benson is the co-founder of Prosperity Collective, a community built on disciplined execution, transparency, and long-term wealth creation.

Marcel began his career as a financial management consultant at a top five global accounting firm, working with corporations on financial strategy and performance. Despite a stable and successful path, he left corporate life to pursue his passion for watchmaking, eventually building a million dollar watch brand.

While building the business, Marcel recognized a hard reality: every dollar needed to be reinvested. To support growth without draining the company, he committed to learning trading as a skill. Like most, his first year was marked by losses and difficult lessons. Becoming consistently profitable required accountability, risk discipline, and a complete shift in mindset.

Through this journey, Marcel saw an industry filled with educators more focused on selling hype than teaching fundamentals. To change that, he partnered with his longtime friend Isiah to create Prosperity Collective, a space designed to help others avoid costly mistakes through real education, risk management, and transparency.

Prosperity Collective exists to help people build wealth the right way, with structure, patience, and integrity.

Isiah is a Houston-based options trader, entrepreneur, and U.S. Air Force veteran who approaches life the way he approaches the market: read the structure, define the risk, and position for asymmetric upside.

After five years in Air Force Security Forces, Zae built a successful career in sales and reached a six-figure income. But he saw a salary for what it was: a capped return on his time. So he exited the position and went long on himself, committing full-time to options and swing trading.

Isiah trades large-cap tech and index ETFs as a dedicated student of The Strat, the method developed by Rob Smith. He builds every trade from the top down, waiting for full timeframe continuity before committing capital. He reads every candle as a 1, 2, or 3, tracks broadening formations to map where price is likely to expand, and executes only on actionable combos like the 2-1-2, 3-1-2, and 1-2-2 reversal. Every trade starts with a defined invalidation level and intentional position sizing, because in his words, the goal isn't to be right every time. It's to keep losses small, let winners run, and let the edge compound over time.

As Co-Founder of The Prosperity Collective, Isiah brings that same discipline to the community: patience over impulse, process over emotion, and long-term vision over short-term noise. His mission is to help others stop trading their time at a discount and start investing in the fullest version of themselves.
